Taylor Farm is Vermont's only Gouda producer, handcrafting raw milk, farmstead cheeses. Our award winning artisanal cheeses are full of the fresh, sweet milk flavor and a strict devotion to high quality that can be created.

Taylor Farm is committed to sustainable agriculture. We rotationally graze our pastures and we fertilize our hay fields naturally. Our cows are never treated with growth hormones. (The government would like us to tell you that "the US FDA has not found a significant difference to exist between the milk derived from rbST-treated cows and non-rbST-treated cows.") Taylor Farm cheeses are sold at the farm, on our web site and in fine markets throughout the eastern United States and Michigan.
