Taylor Farm Memorial Day Weekend Festival a Huge Success!

All of us at Taylor Farm would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to all of you who attended the Memorial Day weekend festival event. We would also like to thank those of you within the community as well as all of our sponsors and everyone who donated their time and effort that helped to make this a hugely successful event. Thanks also to those of you who donated items to the silent auction and to the local musicians who provided the fantastic music throughout the weekend. We would also like to recognize the efforts of everyone who has donated their time and tools in the actual process of clearing the debris and the physical re-building of the barn structure. One section of the pole barn that collapsed this past winter was past the point of being salvaged. However, the remaining portions of the barn that we were able to save were raised in three separate sections and we are pleased to say that the barn is back up and being partially utilized. There is still some work to be done including additional bracing of the trusses as well as replacing metal roofing and portions of the electric system. We can't thank you all enough and we would like everyone to know how much we appreciate your efforts, your help and your thoughts and prayers. It is so comforting to know that we have so much support from this fantastic and caring community that we are so fortunate to be a part of. We invite one and all to come by the farm and see the progress that has been made and the ongoing operation thanks to all the help we have received. Once again, from the bottom of our hearts,
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Sincerely, Jon Wright and the staff at Taylor Farm
